Elevate Your Marketing Insights with Datorama Reports in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

How does this Work?

The data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud is transferred to Datorama using the LiteConnect feature. The data is then visualized within the Datorama app embedded in Marketing Cloud. Daily aggregated metrics are available, but no subscriber or event-level aggregates are currently offered. All aggregates are performed in the account-specific time zone. Data is refreshed every 24 hours and stored in Datorama for two years.

Enablement:

Datorama Reports will be provisioned based on the renewal date, starting on February 16. This feature is available to all Corporate and Enterprise customers, as well as Pro customers who have Discover enabled in their accounts. Permissions can be used to control user access to specific features as below.

If you cannot locate Datorama Reports in your Marketing Cloud account, reach out to Salesforce support to have it provisioned.
